'Accidental' Video 1: A Little Bird's Song

As the video starts, there is a man standing with his back to the camera.  Long blue-black hair lays loose against his shoulders, messy and snarled.  He sways back and forth in an odd, almost worried rhythm.

"He's sick.  He's sick.  My Little Bird's sick and needs to rest," the words are soft, spoken to the same odd rhythm as the man's swaying.  "I want him to be better soon.  To be better now.  Why isn't he better?  Why doesn't the healing work?"

The Beast crouches down by the bed then, allowing a dark shock of hair belonging to someone curled up in a bundle of blankets on the bed to be seen for the first time.  However, the Beast doesn't stay that way long, bouncing back to his feet a few moments later and blocking the man from view again, "I know!  I feel better when he sings to me. I will sing to him!"

There is silence in the room for several moments and then a soft, low, harsh but oddly melodic voice starts singing a song in Ancient Gaelic.  It's a lullaby.  One his Little Bird said he wrote.  It is not long, so The Beast repeats it.  Over and over again.

Until the feed ends...

[Grainne doesn't know how she found this post, and nor does she care. She had been about to switch to something else when the words of the song caught her attention, and the longer it goes, the more angry she gets until she finds herself replying in text.]

Where did you learn that song?

[A week later; their house]

[Grainne had struggled for ages over what to do after that video she'd discovered on the network. Part of her wanted to go straight there to see him, another part whispered at the back of her mind that the strange man was right, that she wasn't wanted and she would only be a problem. A liability.

In the end, that Diarmuid had appeared so sick and the strangeness of the other man won out, and she had to know. That's why she had taken the next flight out of Ireland and hunted down the address she'd discovered linked to what appeared to be Diarmuid's account.

With all of it's entries...

That's why she is currently lurking about their house at night, letting herself in through less than legal means. If she can catch them sleeping, she could see for herself if her knight needed her.]

[waking up]

[There's something wrong. Grainne shouldn't be this warm, but she is. It's strange enough that it wakes her up, and her eyes fly open.

Set's face is only inches from her own, and his arms are wrapped around her keeping her embarrassingly close. For a moment she fails to remember what happened last night, but then it hits her all at once.

Ohh... and the... oh dear...

Slowly, she tries to wriggle out backwards, only to hit another warm body on the other side. Turning on her back, she looks behind her to see Dia's face. Somewhere between then and the startled squeak she makes, she realizes his legs are twined with her own, and someone's hand is on her butt...

Instantly, her face went red and she makes another startled squeak. How did she end up like this? More importantly, how is she going to get out of it without either of them waking up?]
